Statement on Publication Ethics

In order to assure the high level of quality of the papers presented in the journal ACTA PAEDAGOGICA VILNENSIA, we are aware and maintain the responsibilities, presented below.

The Editors are responsible for:

  • The content of the journal:
    • the paper does not contain any defamatory, libellous, obscene, scandalous, unlawful or otherwise objectionable material or material which is inaccurate or misleading or that infringes on any other person’s copyright, right of privacy, or other rights;
    • papers with copied content are not published;
    • published papers were not published before.
    • Publishing guidance to authors.
    • Ensuring independent and anonymous process of peer review. Reviewing guidance to reviewers.
    • Securing the content of submitted papers and ensuring the confidentiality of authors and reviewers.
  • The Authors are responsible for:
    • The paper does not contain any defamatory, libellous, obscene, scandalous, unlawful or otherwise objectionable material or material which is inaccurate or misleading or that infringes on any other person’s copyright, right of privacy, or other rights.
    • Ensuring that no part of their paper is copied.
    • Ensuring that the paper has not been previously published.
    • Disclose of all sources of paper funding.
  • The Reviewers are responsible for:
    • Objective and constructive review.
    • Declaration of potential conflict of interest.


Any complaint relating to the journal is moderated by Editorial Board.
