The journal Slauga. Mokslas ir praktika is intended for nursing, midwifery, rehabilitation and public health specialists. Peer-reviewed scientific papers reviewed by the reviewers holding a scientific degree and working at high school (college or university).

Analyses of clinical cases, legal information and literature news, tutorial and advisory articles are published in the non-scientific section of the journal. Editorial board participates in the shaping of journal’s content and implementation of tasks set. Editorial board comprises professional organizations and associations of healthcare specialists.

The journal Slauga. Mokslas ir praktika since 2014 in included into the List of Scientific periodicals. In 2015 it became a member of Association of Lithuanian Serials.
