Straipsnyje analizuojama Europos arešto orderio samprata ir jį reglamentuojantys teisės aktai, taip pat kai kurios Europos arešto orderio įgyvendinimo Lietuvoje teorinės ir praktinės problemos.

The article analyzes the conception of the European arrest warrant as well as some theoretical and prac­tical problems arising in the process of implementation of the European arrest warrant in Lithuania.
