We offer the readers a collection of articles that were prepared based on reports read during an international conference that took place on November 17–18, 2016. The year 2016 marks a 450-year anniversary of when the Second Statute of Lithuania was adopted and put into effect; the scholars of the Faculty of History at Vilnius University used this fine occasion and, for the sixth time, united the researchers working across different countries who study the Lithuanian Statute and its epoch.
